Protection against the unforeseen

We never want to cancel a tour, but in rare cases, unforeseen events may make it necessary to do so.

If your tour is cancelled by Bestway due to circumstances beyond our control, including COVID-19-related events and restrictions, we will transfer the full amount paid by you to a future departure of the same tour within a 12-month period. Third party fees may apply.

Flexibility to travel when and where you want

If you cancel your booking on or before 90 days prior to the start date of your tour, you can transfer the full amount of your deposit to any other tour departing within 12 months of your original start date. Transfers will be subject to a per person transfer fee and any third party fees, if applicable.*
*Please note that some tours will be subject to different cancellation conditions. You will be notified at time of booking.

As per our Terms & Conditions, it is also your personal responsibility to make sure you have comprehensive travel insurance coverage. Canadian travellers can get a travel insurance quote from our preferred provider Manulife here.
