That’s why we’ve introduced new measures that give you flexibility and security when plans unexpectedly shift.
The following flexible policies have been built right in to our updated Terms & Conditions, allowing you to book your next adventure with peace of mind.
- If your tour is cancelled by Bestway due to circumstances beyond our control, including COVID-19-related events and restrictions, we will transfer the full amount paid by you to a future departure of the same tour within a 12-month period. Third party fees may apply.
- If you cancel your booking on or before 90 days prior to the start date of your tour, you can transfer the full amount of your deposit to any other tour departing within 12 months of your original start date. Transfers will be subject to a per person transfer fee and any third party fees, if applicable.*
*Please note that some tours will be subject to different cancellation conditions. You will be notified at time of booking.
