A must for every traveller’s bucket list, Colombia best reveals its treasures when explored in depth. From the Caribbean coast to the soaring Andes, it’s the second most biodiverse nation on Earth. Pair that with one of the highest levels of indigenous diversity in South America, plus some of the most beautiful colonial cities anywhere, and we have one spectacular experience. Discover the essential highlights of Bogotá, Medellín, Cartagena and the Coffee Region, then dive deeper into less-discovered gems such as Nueva Venecia, one of Colombia’s only remaining stilt villages.

Upon arrival in Bogotá, we’ll be picked up at the airport and transferred to our hotel located in the charming colonial district of La Candelaria (private transfer by Spanish-speaking driver). After check-in, the remainder of the day is free to relax or begin exploring at your own pace. As Colombia’s vibrant capital, Bogotá was founded in 1538 by Spanish conquistador Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada and has since evolved into the political, economic, and cultural heart of the country, playing a central role in Colombia’s independence and modern development.
